Terri West has secured the Chadra Mezza & Grill in Fort Worth as a venue for future milongas. The initial run of the Chadra Milonga is Saturday, May 17, 8:30-11:00 p.m.

Jairelbhi and George will host a TangoThon, featuring free introductory classes, at the Latino Cultural Center in Dallas on Saturday, May 24, 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jairelbhi & George, Karen & Larry Hallman, and Reese Fuentez & Gail Horne are the scheduled teachers. Laurie Vega will host a workshop with Martha "Marta" Anton and Manuel "Manolo" Salvador, May 27-June 2, 2008. Scheduled as part of the workshop are the Manolo & Marta Milonga/Performance on Saturday, May 31 at Lori Hayner's Studio and the Camicando Milonga at the Plaza Arts Center on Sunday, June 1.
